We firmly believe in making a valuable contribution to society by not only developing and marketing medicines but by putting our efforts into ensuring employee health and safety at our operations, promoting access to healthcare, and doing good for society in every possible way which touches the lives of people from all age groups, race, and religions, across the globe. We are committed to antibiotic stewardship through our PLEA campaign. Besides, we regularly organize various programs on community cleanliness and hygiene issues. We also lay significant emphasis on maintaining the ecological balance.

Association with the Government

We engage meaningfully with government officials and industry bodies to contribute to the public debate and development of effective public health laws, regulations, and policies. We maintain the cost records as per the specifications of the Central Government and follow all the applicable norms and regulations. We continually invite, and explore collaborations & partnerships with government bodies working on AMR & propagating concepts of using Antibiotic Resistance Breakers (ARB), with the single most objective to alleviate human sufferings and make tomorrow better. We recognize government grants only when there is reasonable assurance that the conditions attached to them shall be complied with, and the grants will be received.

We are thankful to our shareholders for their unflinching support, constant guidance, and trust in Venus. To ensure our meaningful engagement with our shareholders and that there is no grievance pendency in this regard, we have a Stakeholders Relationship Committee that resolves all kinds of complaints and grievances of the shareholders.

Our customers make the cash box ring; however, that happens only when they know us, our capability, our products, and our product USPs well. To transform our growth aspiration of becoming a truly global company, we engage extensively with our customers, opinion makers, and decision influencers. For this, we conduct educational seminars at medical congresses and forums; share clinical trial results and information from VRL-sponsored trials through publications and presentations at such medical congresses to improve each other’s understanding of new and emerging clinical data and advances in treatment. We also work on educating our customers about diseases, treatment options, safety concerns, and correct product use.

Our vendors are our lifeline. It is through their continued supply chain support that we have been able to deliver on our commitments to our customers and develop future growth drivers for the organization. To cement our relations with important business partners, we work overtime to streamline issues and engage meaningfully. We formalized supply agreements with vendors based on our annual projection and budget - separately for regulatory and non-regulatory markets. We work with key suppliers to up their quality standards and improve their supply performance. We meet with vendors (current & potential) on different national & international platforms. We also organize knowledge-enhancing sessions to help our suppliers and service providers increase their knowledge and understanding of evolving industry standards and expectations.

The Venusians are the cornerstones of our success. Their rock-solid support has sustained our progress in good times and bad. Their wholehearted effort is our critical driving force, and hence to support them in this effort, we implement several measures to create a knowledge-driven and invigorating work environment. We skill our people through theoretical and on-job initiatives. We leverage digital tools to bring about ease and transparency in attendance management. We digitized the majority of our employee-oriented services and organized multiple sessions to train team members on their proper utilization. We seek their suggestions on improving processes as part of the change management drive within the organization. They form the most critical pillar of our organization, it is due to them we were able to bag the 2022 AmbitionBox Best Place to Work Award.
