Venus' commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) extends to various initiatives to positively impact society. Our efforts encompass a range of activities that reflect our values and dedication to contributing to the well-being of communities.

Education Grant-In-Aid Policy:

It is a heartfelt initiative born out of our commitment to supporting education. Through the Education Grant-In-Aid policy, we provide financial assistance or scholarships to support the education of our workers' children. We believe that by investing in their education, we are not just nurturing their talent but also fostering future leaders who will make a positive impact on society.

Association with Sarvani

We are honored to collaborate with Sarvani, an all-women-run organization founded by Drishti Kharbanda. Sarvani's mission resonates deeply with us as it aims to provide a platform that empowers women and encourages them to come together for the betterment of society. We've not only contributed financially to Sarvani but also partnered with them for the IndiaSterlocked 'Buy One, Donate One' campaign, aimed at spreading awareness about hygiene. This collaboration is a reflection of our commitment to supporting women's hygiene and social welfare initiatives.

Partnership with Spherule

We have also recently partnered with Spherule, a Pune-based organization started in 2016. While Spherule works across 17 categories of social causes, including women empowerment, hygiene, sexual harassment, skill development, and poverty eradication, our recent collaboration with them is specifically for our UMMID campaign to spread awareness about infertility. Together, we will conduct 30 medical expert activities in rural areas of Pune, Gurgaon, and the Tricity region, preceded by 2-3 pre-workshops.

Contribution to Tek Chand Charitable Trust

We also proudly support the Tek Chand Charitable Trust through monthly financial contributions. The Trust is dedicated to improving the lives of mentally challenged and differently–abled individuals by providing them proper access to healthcare, education, and other essential services.

These initiatives are a testament to our ongoing efforts to foster a sustainable and inclusive future for all. We are committed to exploring new ways to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those around us.
